Before Your Healing Session

Before your session, create a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Set a gentle intention for your healing, stay well-hydrated, and allow yourself to arrive with an open heart. There is nothing you need to “do” or fix—simply be present and receptive.

During Your Healing Session

During the session, you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, sensations in the body, or a sense of peace and clarity. Every experience is unique. Trust that your body and energy field will receive exactly what is needed in that moment. The energy works whether you consciously perceive it or not

After Your Healing Session

After your healing, give yourself time to rest and integrate. Drink plenty of water, listen to your body, and honor any emotions or insights that arise. Gentle movement, journaling, or time in nature can help support the integration process as your energy continues to shift.

Ongoing Self-Care & Integration

Healing continues beyond the session. Be kind to yourself in the days that follow, maintaining awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and energy. Trust the process and know that each session supports your journey toward greater balance, clarity, and heart alignment.
